Experiment: Drop a pebble into a still pond. Watch how the pebble causes a splash, chaos and then a discernible wave.

The same thing happens in the market. News causes a splash and chaos. To the untrained eye this is labeled "noise." To the trained eye, it is labeled "opportunity." Surf's up!
