Bill, is this limited to institutional investors? Answer: No. Any individual, consortium or other may join.

Bill, what were you thinking when you came up with that subscription price? Answer: Big. This service is not designed for small traders. Ideally, I would like as few players on board as possible when the market is at that critical tipping point. The market will do the rest.

Bill, how frequently will you give a signal? Answer: This is entirely up to the market. When the "surf's up" we could get several fifty-point plus moves a month. The current landscape looks promising.
