Insider Radar

When an executive buys shares of their own company, they know more than the market. This page lists every transaction from the official SEC and BaFin filings, plus the stock trades of US representatives and senators. No opinions, just filings.

Where the data comes from: US insiders from Form 4 filed with the SEC, due within two business days. German insiders from the BaFin database under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, due within three business days. Politicians from STOCK Act disclosures, which allow 45 days, which is why every trade also shows its filing date. Politicians only have to report amount ranges, not exact sums.
What matters: Open-market buys are meaningful because insiders put their own money in. Sells say little, they are often about taxes or diversification. Option exercises, grants and gifts are hidden here. Not investment advice.
